Laser Epilation

 

The laser beam is a beam of light of a certain wavelength, independent of each other, traveling in the same direction. This light beam falls on the skin thanks to laser devices and the heat energy released mainly affects the hairs. The melanin contained in the hairs in the active phase is selected by the laser beam, and the hair that absorbs this light acts as a conductor, carrying the light energy converted into heat along its length and reaching the hair root. The aim is to destroy hairs and the cells that feed them, thus minimizing or completely eliminating hair production. Laser devices vary according to wavelengths. Alexandrite, Diode and NdYag are among the lasers used for epilation.
